3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We request that all clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. If the appointment can still proceed, treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next client.

8. Gift Certificates and Packages

Gift certificates and pre-purchased packages are non-refundable and must be used within the specified expiration period. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are only valid for the services indicated.

Inappropriate behavior, including harassment or disrespect toward staff or other clients, will not be tolerated.
